Understanding the Server Status page

The Server Status page reports measured checks of CanyonHost’s public services. It is a useful first stop if a service appears unavailable.

Read each service separately

Look at the individual service results and the last-checked time. The website, contact page, and customer portal are checked separately, so one result does not describe every service.

Check the timestamp

The page refreshes its displayed results automatically while it is open. You can also use the refresh button. A recent timestamp matters: an old result is not evidence that a service is working right now.

What a successful check tells you

A successful result means the monitoring check could reach that public endpoint. It does not test every feature, every hosted website, or the full customer checkout process. A website-specific problem can still occur while those checks succeed.

Read notices and contact us

Maintenance or incident notices provide additional context when posted. If your website is failing or a problem continues, contact us with the affected address, the error message, and the time you saw it.
