We check the public website, support page, and customer portal over HTTPS from the CanyonHost server. These checks do not test individual customer servers, email delivery, or a complete checkout.
The page refreshes every 30 seconds. Checks are sampled at most once per minute; background checks depend on WordPress scheduling and site traffic. Responses over 1.8 seconds are marked slow. Last-checked timestamps show how fresh the results are.
This page shares CanyonHost’s infrastructure and may be unavailable during a full server outage.
